SHIPPING

Turn around time from ordering is approximately two/three weeks or less. Orders are processed immediately and a 'shipped' notification will be emailed as they leave the studio. Shipping is sent via Australia Post, with a tracking number to three global locations; Australia, UK & USA. For rest of the world please contact me before purchase so we are able to obtain a quote for you from my freight service. Stretched canvases are available for delivery in Australia only, please contact me for rates & delivery prices before purchase so we are able to obtain a quote for you from my freight service. Postage times vary, but deliveries to Australia will take between 3-7 working days, worldwide delivery will take between 10-18 working days. Covid has knocked these estimates into the street, so essentially this information is void, email me & we can work something out

IMPORT DUTIES

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from Australia.

RETURNS

If you wish to return any item, please contact me within 3 working days of delivery date. A full refund minus shipping costs and any import or tax tariffs will be issued. The artwork must be returned free or damage, wear & tear. Returns will only be accepted via registered post as we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss by the postal service.  The cost of the return will be borne by the buyer unless there has been prior agreement. When ordering customised artworks, if the artwork has commenced and you cancel your order, artworkerprojects will retain 30% of the total cost.

THE really small PRINT

We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. It is your sole responsibility to periodically check these Terms for any changes. If you do not agree with any of the changes to these Terms, it is your sole responsibility to stop using the Service. Your continued use of the Service will be deemed as your acceptance thereof.
